KVPD is always interested in speaking with individuals who wish to learn more about Scottish heritage, becoming students, or scheduling a performance.  If you are in the St. Albans, WV area, the band meets in the basement of the City Hall Building, 1499 MacCorkle Ave., S.W., on Tuesday evenings beginning at 6:45.  You can also email the band and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.  If there is a specific question about the website, please email the webmaster.
